3. For what purpose are your data used?

3.1 Contact form:

Your personal data is required for us to be able to respond to your request and to contact you. The data will be used only to fulfill your request. They will not be used for any other purpose, unless you have given your consent or we are lawfully authorized to do so.

3.2 Registration for seminars

We offer different trainings and seminars on our website, for which you may register online. We will use your data to inform you about the contents of the seminar and the schedule or to be able to perform any billing.

3.3 Download of data

Our website offers the option to gain access to different information materials. You need to register to use this download option. We will use your personal data to provide you with information and offers according to your exact needs.

3.4 Data use for our purposes

If you have provided us with your personal data in connection with an advertising campaign, an event, a (mobile) application, etc., we may send you emails or other messages that relate to the service you requested (for more information see item 9).

If you have already provided your personal data during the purchase of a product or service, we will inform you about similar products and services by email. 4. With whom do we share your data?

The protection of your personal data is a matter of paramount concern to us. Therefore, any information that you make available to us by using the forms on our website is stored on servers in Germany. This data can only be accessed by the competent parties within our company for the purpose of responding to your requests and wishes. The information generated by cookies with regard to your usage of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
