Tool design

FEM calculations for durable ultrasonic sonotrodes

We use state-of-the-art FEM software for sonotrode development. This shows the oscillation behavior of the sonotrode and any material stresses that occur.
The result: Maximum efficiency, even distribution of the weld amplitude and a high degree of stability.
